HEALING MODALITY OF THE DAY: taking a pause...breathe slowly and deeply closing your eyes, let your ribs, belly and chest expand as you inhale and soften as you exhale...come into your heart center, feeling it expand and soften as you come into the stillness here...take a couple minutes here, acknowledge silently to yourself what you feel grateful for....take that in, then silently acknowledge any regrets you might have....allow yourself to stay in this calm state a couple more minutes until you feel complete and refreshed.
