It's a beautiful partly cloudy/partly sunny day in Santa Barbara... I'm working on my computer at the coffeehouse today and thinking about harmony, conflict and coherence....
Yesterday I spent all afternoon cleaning house and organizing my home office...today i woke up feeling serene and peaceful energized to start the week. I notice that when my home is disorderly, the clutter and chaos pulls at me...which robs me of vital energy in my life. I feel conflicted because one of my core values is to live in a clean, beautiful and harmonious environment, one that supports me in living and creating health, well-being and balance.
When we are in conflict or out of harmony in some way, it's challenging or impossible to manifest our positive intentions; however, when we are in harmony and resonating with our ideals and intentions, our system and the universe supports us.... Just as a clean and organized environment supports us.
